Anna, thank you for suggesting me this place. Much better then the ones I stayed before. Have to admit I did not use your services that time though. Apartment was clean and enough towels were provided. That was my biggest concern. I had used before apartments of dating agencies and they did good on the ladies but not even close on the apartments. It is better to deal with people to specialize on apartment services – learn as you go.
Please pass hello to the concierge down stairs – very welcome lady, good guard. Have to tell you this - she is old but she helped me with my luggage carrying it to the elevator. And she would not take a tip. Can I pass a gift for her through your office in Kiev?
